My responsibilities are:

Do market research and analysis about the problems of companies, the overall consumer trends, the consumer behaviors

Do strategy planning by making many hypotheses, validation and giving recommendations for the company

Be in charge of project management

Company and problems analysis
- Identify company background, their competitors, markets and problems to find the gap for the company => similar as 3C model
Making hypothesis and identify scope of project
- Make hypothesis to analyse the opportunities for gaining more insights and give reccomendations





Research strategy and validation
- Make the tests cards to identify the way to validate the hypothesis which makes the findings more accurate and give feasible reccomendations
- Identify research strategy in order to take data correctly
Giving reccommendations
- Use findings from hypothesis to make the reccomendations which received a positive feedbacks of the owners as it is aligned with business vision and objectives





Creating next steps and identify risks/limitations
- In order to make a reccomendation more feasible, I make a next step plans and figure out the limitations of the current reccomendations for better future analysis

Finding problems
The two most model I used to identify problems in this course are 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagram
Using theories to creating reccomendations
- I make two innovated ideas to solve the problems:
- the first one is intergrating tehcnology in their operations for ensuring regulations between Tiki and vendors
- The second is applying Lewin's Change Model to make a strategy for improving customer services


NKid Group (who owns tiNiWorld, tiNiStore, tiNiToy, tiNiPark) analysis




Creating alternatives and evaluating
I make 3 alternative solutions for companies' problems and used Weighted Decision Matrix to evaluate these alternatives. To build the matrix, I also research about the demand of customers in this market and feasibility of the solutions to list out some suitable criteria to evaluate
Identifying solution' impacts and making implementation plan along with risk management
I choose one most feasible and effecive solutions to make reccomendations and identify its impacts on business operations. Also, I create implementation plan to make it more feasible and prepare the risk management for the reccommendations. All ideas are based on research to have rationales
